SHIPPING AND RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for all products available for purchase online. Returns must be made within 60 days of the original purchase. We will refund the price paid for the product in full if it is in new condition. Products that are returned with usage or damage will need to be inspected to determine the proper refund amount. All refunds are less any shipping cost incurred by Alumi-Span for the original shipment. Even if your original order had free shipping, Alumi-Span's original shipping cost on that part of the order will be deducted.

Send parts for return to our Factory Location at 4445 S. Pittsford Rd. Pittsford, MI 49271.

Please mark packages for return with "Return" on the outside of the box. Include a name and contact number.

SHIPPING

Alumi-Span has Free Shipping on most orders over $200.00. The carrier for the Free Shipping option is not guaranteed. Some items will ship USPS instead of UPS. Estimated shipping times for ground UPS as well as USPS from our location are below. If you qualify for Free Shipping and want faster service you can pay for UPS.

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, USPS and UPS shipping are both available as options. Some long or heavier products may not have a USPS option. Certain large or heavy oversized products cannot ship via standard ground carriers and will require a shipping quote. These items do not qualify for the free shipping option. Examples of items that do not qualify for free shipping would include dock sections, stairs, and heavy steel tubing. If you cannot click through and purchase the product online, it likely needs a shipping quote. We have tried to note as many of these as possible on the product pages.
